The FireChill MultiPack family represents an effective method for scaling up to meet user demands for increased cooling capacity. MultiPacks are available in any configuration between two and six AC500 or ALT500 units delivering up to 30RT or 105kw of cooling output.
Integration options
Factory-assembled and tested, MultiPacks are pre-engineered and integrated onto skids with on board plumbing and controls. For certain applications, where outdoor protection is required or where the user needs a transportable, ‘out of the box’, day-one working solution, base units can be incorporated into a customised, permanent 20-foot container with single point connections for electrical power, water and gas connections.
The more advanced, containerised PowerChill product combines the very best of FireChill’s design and engineering. It comprises an ALT MultiPack, waste heat recovery from a Capstone 30 or 65, advanced container design, onboard gas compressor and a sophisticated control system. Remote monitoring and island start are additional options.
One versus many
Through the multi-packing technique FireChill delivers leading efficiencies. In user environments where demand changes continually it makes sense to match output to demand whilst maintaining maximum efficiency. With multiple units this becomes a possibility. As demand increases or decreases individual units are activated or deactivated leaving the remaining units operating at maximum output and therefore efficiency. MultiPack annual fuel savings can be substantial.
